The service
SilentWatch provides monitoring for scheduled jobs and business events via ping and event endpoints, and sends email alerts based on rules you configure. It is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee: evaluation runs on a schedule (as low as every minute on paid plans) and relies on your systems reaching our endpoints.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page; changes take effect according to Stripe's standard proration and billing cycle rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use ping or event endpoints to transmit data you don't have the right to send us, or to abuse, overload, or probe the service outside normal monitoring use.
Limitation of liability
SilentWatch is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from missed, delayed, or incorrect alerts, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
